SYNOPSIS¶
Creates a new remote branch in a GitHub repository.

New-GitHubBranch [-Token] <String> [-RepositoryOwner] <String> [-RepositoryName] <String>
[-BranchName] <String> [-SHA] <String> [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION¶
Uses the GitHub Git Data API to create a branch from a given commit SHA.
